ShoreTel customers can rest assured knowing all inbound calls could be seamlessly re-routed through SureTrunk to a pre-configured local phone number. Conversely, outbound calls could automatically switch over to the SIP trunks if POTS/PRI goes down.

The disaster recovery package includes:

• Two (2) SIP trunk lines (minimum) - fully integrated into customer's premise-based ShoreTel platform
• One (1) local phone number - for remote call forwarding of inbound volume
• Bundled with 100 minutes of long distance throughout the continental U.S. and Canada (Additional intra-state/interstate long distance billed at 2.9 cents per minute)

Best of all, business continuity doesn't need to put a strain on capital expenditures. In fact, the SureTrunk DR package requires no additional hardware, firewall and gateways. That's because SureTrunk is the world's first and only SIP trunking solution that connects natively to the ShoreTel platform.
